Welcome and thank you for visiting the Dublin Bay Iris website.
The nursery is open for orders for the 2009-2010 season, until Feburary 10th 2010.
Sadly this will be my last year for orders. I have loved every minute of working with this beautiful collection over the past six years, but as my children are growing I need to focus more time for them. So make sure you order those special irises this season. The nursery will change hands from Feburary 2010 and will move up to Taranaki into the hands of another passioante gardner. Libby

Bearded irises are a stunning addition to any garden, and are very easy to care for and hardy. They flourish in the dry hot summers of Central Otago and the hard frozen winters, yet also in more temperate parts of New Zealand.
If you have a cottage garden, a large border garden, a small terrace, one spot in your garden that needs a
lift, native, bold or pastel, rockery or pots, there will be an Iris ideal for it.
